Welcome to E-Family Chronicles!
This blog is our little slice of the internet to chronicle all of our memories, milestones, and mishaps (there are many!)
We are a young(ish) family living in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mommy & Daddy E have been together since what feels like the beginning of time, i.e. 1995. We were high school sweethearts that defied all the odds and still act like giddy, lovesick kids to this day.
Harrison is our very energetic, loving, exuberant, and silly little boy who is 7 years old. He makes us laugh and smile so much that our cheeks hurt!
We are the proud parents of two beautiful, amazing kiddos, Harrison & Gwen.
Gwen, our fearless little girl, is 3 years old and has quite the personality. Sassy, yet sweet, and extremely affectionate. She was named after two very important women in my life and their spirits are visible in her daily.
I've always loved blogging and have had a "lifestyle" blog for years, however, I wanted to have a more family-friendly blog where I could chronicle my kids' milestones and special moments, mostly for archive purposes and to share with family, but also to possibly connect with other parents who share my interest in blogging about the crazy world of parenting.
In addition to trying to keep up with our very energetic kiddos, Daddy E & I both have full-time careers, so we are typically finding ourselves wishing there was a 25th or 26th hour in the day... or an extra one of us.
But, who doesn't, right?

IF IT DOESN'T FIT INTO THESE SIMPLE TOPICS, WE DON'T BLOG ABOUT IT.
This nifty bit of internet space will be our way of documenting our crazy, love-filled, world with you. I'll blog about our kids, their activities, my work and my activities, and life in general. I won't blog about politics, religion, etc. Nope. Not going to touch it. It's our family blog. It's lighthearted, fun, comical, and at times, maybe a bit sad. But, it's real and it's all ours.
